After two and a half decades as a project manager and salesman inside big remodeling companies, Terrance Thomas knew two things: who the genuinely great installers in Chicago were, and how rarely homeowners actually got them.
So he built Thomas Solutions around a simple idea: curate the craftsmen. Every trade on your project, tile, roofing, carpentry, concrete, is handled by a specialist who cares about the craft, and every project is overseen personally by Terrance from start to finish.
