Do you really handle everything, or will I be managing subcontractors?
You manage nothing. Thomas Solutions is your single contract and single point of contact, we coordinate every trade, inspection and delivery. That’s the whole point of the “one-stop shop.”
How fast can you get me an estimate?
We answer 7 days a week, 8am–7pm, and typically walk projects within a few days of your call. Estimates are free and itemized.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we can connect you with financing resources so bigger projects fit a monthly budget. Ask when we talk through your estimate.
What neighborhoods do you serve?
We’re based on the South Side near 83rd & California and work across Chicago and the south suburbs, Beverly, Ashburn, Morgan Park, Evergreen Park, Oak Lawn, Tinley Park and beyond.
Are you insured?
